ISLAMABAD – The meeting of the Board of Directors of Habib Bank Limited is scheduled to be held on March 27, 2024 at 12 pm at Karachi via web-link to consider the agenda other than financial results.
As required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations, the bank has declared the closed period’ from March 20, 2024 to March 27, 2024. Accordingly, no director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of the bank, in any manner during the closed period. ENDs
