KARACHI – A meeting of the Board of Directors of Faysal Bank Limited will be held on March 6, 2024 at 12 pm at Karachi for certain matters of the Bank.
The Bank has declared the closed period from February 28, 2024 to March 6, 2024 (both days inclusive) as required under the clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, Chief Executive Officer or Executive of the Bank shall deal in the shares of the Bank in any manner directly or indirectly during the closed period. endS
