All market participants are hereby informed that Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited has approved the schedule for the issue of Right Shares of Gatron (Industries) Limited (“Company”) vide our notice no. PSX/N – 128 dated February 09th 2024. In this respect, the trading in the Unpaid Rights of the Company will start from Friday, February 16th 2024 accompanied by the settlement date on Tuesday, February 20th 2024.
The Unpaid Rights of the Company have already been declared as eligible security by the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (“CDC”) and all the transactions shall be settled through the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (“NCCPL”), which has already assigned the Company Code/Security Symbol as “GATI.
