ISLAMABAD – Sarfaraz Ahmed Rehman will be stepping down from the office of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited with effect from March 31, 2024. The Board of Directors of FFC has approved the appointment of Jahangir Piracha as MD, CEO of FDc with effect from April 1, 2024 in his place.
Jahangir Piracha was working as CEO of Engro Polymer & Chemicals Limited and opted for early retirement and had submitted his resignation. He will remain actively engaged in managing the affairs of the company as the CEO until March 31, 2024 and the Board of Directors will appoint a new CEO in due course.
