ISLAMABAD – Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) has convened its board of directors meeting on February 27, 2024 at 12 hours at Islamabad to consider the half yearly accounts for the period ended December 31, 2023 and for declaration of entitlement, if any.
The company had declared the ‘Close Period’ from February 20, 2024 to February 27, 2024 (both days inclusive) as required under PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no director CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of the company in any manner during the closed period.
